Annual Meeting -- January 30 Calvary’s Annual Meeting will be in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, January 30. We will begin with a potato bar meal at 12:00 noon. The business portion of the meeting will begin immediately after the meal (approximately 12:45 p.m.). Agenda items include elections and adoption of the 2011 budget. Information will also be presented about a proposed building project to enlarge the Fellowship Hall and Kitchen (additional information on the building proposal is included elsewhere in this mailing). All confirmed members of Calvary are encouraged to attend the meeting so that your voice and vote may be represented as we seek to walk together faithfully into the future.
Annual Rummage Sale -- Saturday, January 29 7:00-8:00 a.m. Early Birds ($2 entry fee) 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (no entry fee) New Member Sunday and Orientation Will be receiving new members on Sunday, February 20, at all services. An orientation and luncheon for all planning to join will be held Sunday, February 13, 12:00 noon in the Fellowship Hall.
